Inspections and Scheduling
These are two separate sections of the dashboard that work together. Inspections covers properties, communities, starting a visit, and inspection reports. Scheduling covers your calendar and routes — who’s visiting which property, and when.
Two ways to inspect
When an inspector starts a visit, they choose between two modes:
- Guided — conversational. The AI speaks and listens as the inspector walks the property, which is friendly to hands-free use with AirPods or a headset.
- Classic — a manual checklist in a mobile-friendly, stacked layout, for inspectors who prefer to tap through it themselves.
You can set your default mode in Settings, and switch per visit.
Your daily route briefing
At the top of your Scheduling view, Marcus puts together a short, conversational briefing for the day — how many stops, whether anything is flagged urgent, and what needs attention — so you know what you’re walking into before you start.
Communities and gate codes
Properties can be grouped into communities. If a community has a gate or access code, you can save it once (including from a photo of a QR code) and every inspector on a route through that community has it on hand.
Scheduling a visit
Book, reschedule, or cancel a visit directly from Scheduling, or just ask Rory — he can schedule a new visit, move one or several visits to a new date at once, or reorder the stops on a day’s route. Either way, visits are checked against your company’s working days and hours (set in Settings → Company Profile → Working Days & Hours) so you get a heads-up if something falls outside your normal schedule.
Homeowner notifications
Homeowners can be notified around scheduled visits and when a report is ready, so they stay in the loop on what’s happening at their property.
