Meet your AI team
HomewatchIQ includes five AI team members you chat with directly inside the dashboard — each one has access to your company’s real, live data (properties, clients, invoices, routes) and can take action on your behalf. Before anything actually changes — an invoice gets created, a visit gets rescheduled, a message goes out — the agent shows you exactly what it’s about to do and waits for you to confirm. Nothing happens without your approval.
Marcus — Field Inspector AI
Marcus helps with the day-to-day work of inspections: what’s on today’s route, adding notes to a property, flagging urgent findings, and creating work orders. He follows a professional home watch standard — Observe, Document, Report, Escalate — and knows the difference between something that needs immediate attention (active leak, fire/smoke, break-in) versus something that can wait for same-day follow-up or just ongoing monitoring.
Quick things you can ask Marcus: “What do I have today?”, “Show urgent findings”, “Add a note to this property”, “Create a work order.” He can also save a gate or community access code from a photo you send him.
Maya — Billing & Payments AI
Maya handles invoicing and payments. She can create and send an invoice, send a payment reminder on an existing invoice, mark an invoice paid (for checks, cash, or other payments received outside the app), and set up or change a client’s recurring billing plan.
Quick things you can ask Maya: “Outstanding balances”, “Create invoice”, “Payment history”, “Send invoice reminder.” She knows the difference between a subscription plan (billed on a set day each month) and a visit-package plan (billed once the visits run out), and won’t try to mark an ACH or eCheck payment paid manually since those clear automatically.
Sam — Sales & Proposals AI
Sam helps turn leads into signed clients. He can put together and send a proposal using your company’s actual current pricing plans — never made-up numbers — and helps you follow up on leads sitting in your pipeline.
Quick things you can ask Sam: “Send a proposal”, “Follow up on leads”, “Draft quote”, “View website chats.”
Aria — Homeowner Comms AI
Aria drafts and sends homeowner communications. When a homeowner submits a work request, Aria checks your vendor list for a matching trade, can email a preferred vendor about the job, and creates a work order — assigned to that vendor if one was found, or as an unassigned draft for your team to review if not.
Quick things you can ask Aria: “Draft homeowner update”, “Reply to work request”, “Send inspection report”, “Write follow-up.” She always asks whether you want a message sent right away or saved as a draft first.
Rory — Scheduling & Platform Expert
Rory does two jobs. First, scheduling: what’s coming up this week, booking a new visit, rescheduling or cancelling one, moving several visits to a new date at once, and reordering the stops on a day’s route. He checks proposed dates against your company’s working days and flags it if you’re scheduling outside them. Second, Rory is your platform expert — ask him how to set up white-label branding, configure a custom domain, adjust pricing plans, find your embed code, or any other how-to question about HomewatchIQ itself.
Quick things you can ask Rory: “What’s scheduled this week?”, “Schedule a visit”, “Reschedule a visit”, “How do I set up white label?”
