A card is required at signup and the first charge happens immediately — there is no free trial.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your account stays active until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
What happens to my widget if I cancel?
Your widget will stop working immediately upon cancellation. The embed code will no longer load on your website. Your lead data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
Founding Member: If you signed up during our founding member period, your price is locked in forever as long as your subscription remains active.
