How billing works
HomewatchIQ does not offer a free trial. A credit card is required at signup, and your first charge of $199 happens immediately.
There is no trial period — your subscription is active and billed from the moment you sign up.
Monthly billing
You are billed $199/month on the same date each month. There are no contracts — you can cancel at any time from your billing settings.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment fails, your account will be temporarily suspended. You will receive an email notification. Log in to update your payment method or contact us at hello@homewatchiq.com.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your account stays active until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
